No 24/7 promises we can't keep, no "any electrical work" laundry list. We pick our scope, we run our own jobs, and we sign off our own certificates of compliance. Same-day call-outs available across the lower North Shore most weekdays.
Old ceramic fuses pulled out, modern RCDs and circuit breakers fitted, full circuit labelling. Compliant to AS/NZS 3000:2018, signed off, ready for the next forty years.
Pre-purchase inspections, periodic testing for landlords, post-storm assessments. You get a written report, photos, and a defect list ranked by severity. Not a one-page tick sheet.
Rough-ins for renovations, second-storey additions, granny flats. We work in around builders, hit plasterboard dates, and come back for a tidy fit-off when the job is ready.

I started Halden Electrical in 2012 after seven years on the tools with a commercial outfit in Alexandria. I went out on my own because I was sick of jobs being rushed, certificates signed off without a proper test, and customers being treated like a job number.
Now I run a small residential and light-commercial business covering Sydney's lower North Shore. I hold full Level 2 accreditation with Ausgrid, NSW electrical contractor licence, NECA membership and twenty million in public liability. Every job gets a proper Certificate of Compliance and a tidy invoice.
If I'm on a job, I send you a text. If I'm running late, I send you a text. If I'm late by more than 30 minutes without warning, the call-out is on me. No cash jobs, no shortcuts, no exceptions.
We cover the suburbs we know cold. Federation terraces, post-war brick veneers, and the harbourside builds where the wiring is rarely on a drawing. If you're outside this list, ring us anyway. We may know someone closer.
Standard call-out and hourly rate below. Anything over 2 hours we quote in writing first. After-hours and weekend rates are higher. GST included on every line.
